how can I find out the culprit

I've read the pinned item about ip blocking.

I keep getting every 10 minutes a pop up from the systray telling me access to 95.151.221.5 has been blocked.

I ran the full scan and nothing came up.

No program I know I have would be trying to reach a site in China. So I figured it was a virus trying to contact its control, or something.

How can I find out what's going on?

Meanwhile, I disabled website blocking because it was just too annoying to see that balloon every 10 minutes.

Thanks!

The IP number appears to belong to Orange UK. Are you in the UK and are you Orange customer (internet, email)?

Thanks for your reply, Mystery. I'm not in the UK, I'm in Los Angeles. I'm not their customer.

The two questions are:

1) why is my computer, according to Malwarebytes, trying to contact them?

2) if Orange UK isn't a malicious site, why am I getting a warning about it anyway?
