ecrater.com false positive ip

Hello,

I am finding our free shopping cart site's ip's are being blocked. The site is www.ecrater.com and the ip's that I am aware of they use is:

67.215.240.85

67.215.240.83

and they may use a few more close to that.

I get blocked when trying to log on to the site to do any kind of administrating purposes with our shopping cart. Also get blocked just by going to the site.

So far I have just added the ip's to the ignore list but would like to have this investigated further and maybe have it added to an exclusion in an update if the site validates ok.

Thank you.

DG

I also use ecrator as the online store for my web site www.EyeCandy-gallery.com - I cannot get to ecrator because Malwarebytes is blocking the entrance. I need to add, and change items available to be purchased on line. I have tried to turn off malwarebytes, so I can make changes, but that doesn't seem to accomplish anything. Please help!!! I really need to be able to make changes.

Thanks!

Well, I tried to right click and add the ecrator.com to "Ignore", but for some reason, I don't get a cursor, so I can't add anything to the ignore list. I am still unable to update my online store. This is very disappointing. I may have to turn off the Mailwarebytes protection totally . . .

ecg, you need to let MBAM block the site first and then on a right-click the greyed-out "Add to Ignore List" becomes visible; mouse on it and the IP address of the blocked site appears. Just click on it and the IP address (not the name) is automatically added to the "Ignore List" under the tab of that name in MBAM's main window.
