Some help please??

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that

Thanks, I am trying to finish everything on the list... but my computer isn't really co-operating since downloading Avira. Now when I turn on the computer in normal mode I am getting boxes that say

RunDLL

One is called: C:/Users\Aaran\AppData\Local\ekugexio.dll

And the other is: C:\Users\Aaran\AppData\Local\Nlachep.dll

It is saying that the specified module could not be found.

I am guessing this is something still do do with my virus? Also Avira keeps doing scans and repeatedly bringing up the same to files that have been detected I am clicking to remove, but they don't seem to be?

They are called Explorer EXE and Winint.exe and their descriptions are TR/Crypt_XPACK_Gem2

How do I speak to an advisor one-to-one? Just post another topic?

Sorry, I am not very good at this side of computer, it's all very confusing and I am not sure what's important and what isnt! :)
