MBAM_ERROR_LOAD_DATABASE (5,0) Access denied

I am trying to run a scan and am getting a database error. I can't open it to update it or to do anything. I did get it to open in safe mode and ran a scan. Still can't get it to open in regular mode. Any ideas?

MBAM_ERROR_LOAD_DATABASE (5,0) Access denied <~~the message I am getting... Any help would be appreciated. THe only change i am noticing in my computer is that I cannot open that, I cannot upload pictures or files. Thanks!

hi go into control panel and uninstall mbam it will ask you to reboot please allow it to do so then download mbam clean from HERE then download mbam from HERE then re-enter your ID and your key if you have one

I was having almost the exact same problem. The instructions above fixed the problem for me. (Running the 'Clean' program did the trick.) Thanks!!
