What version/edition of Windows are you running?

What is "jijacked" ? or will not open ?? Is it that just MBAM will not start ??

Provide details besides a one liner & a not-all-clear subject line.

Print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete.

Do as much of it as you can.
