Need help. New malwarebytes Anti Malware user.

I purchased malwarebytes Anti Malware and my computer does not allow me to fully download the program.

It says:

"An error occured while trying to replace the xisting file: Code 5.

acess is denied."

"Click retry to try again. Ignore to skip this file. Not reccomended or abort to cancel installation"

What should i try next?

Hello colubrid,

Would you be a bit more specific. Is the error code 5 during download ? or did you start the install phase ?

Seems to me you started the installation process.

Have you ever had an earlier version of MBAM installed?
