Can't restore uz32tor.dll

I am having problems restoring uz32tor.dll

Malwarebytes originally quarantined the file because it was classed as Trojan.Agent. I couldn't find any information on uz32tor.dll so I wanted to restore it and analyse it on Virus Total. Every time I try to restore uz32tor.dll it does not appear in the Windows folder and I find the file back in the quarantine section.

I am using the free version of Anti-malware so it can't be due to realtime protection

You don't need to restore it in order to upload to VT. What I do:

1. Depending on your OS, you've to access X:\...\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Quarantine (X being System Drive)
   
2. Temporary disable MBAM
   
3. You'd find quarantined files with different dates
   
4. Right-click on the subject quarantined file date and click send to Compressed (zipped) Folder
   
5. Enable MBAM
   

Now you can safely upload the zipped folder to VT, if the results at VT turns out negative then please submit the same here

The VT scan didn't really help since all of the quarantined files are rendered safe. Is there an alternate way to recover the uz32tor.dll if I can't do it through Anti-Malware?

I have recently been getting error messages at startup saying "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\uz32tor.dll", even though that file was removed at the beginning of August. I need to be sure that the file is a false positive before reporting it.
