hi..

I have some problems and tried to solve it but to no avail

The first thing the program crash issue on an ongoing basis when you press the button Quarantine !And then show an error message from Microsoft and then closes the program ..And when I do a full scan of my computer .. the scan process becomes very slow gradually!

It takes a lot of time to scan my computer

Also when he arrived to a certain point of the scan I find stuck!!

We have removed the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware But the same problem is still crashing. And stuck in the scanning process

Please add the following files to the process exclusions list in your anti-virus (note that these paths will be a little different in 64-bit editions of Windows, see the 64-bit section below for more details):

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe

C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe

You may also want to add the following files to the scan exclusions in your anti-virus:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mbam.sys

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mbamswissarmy.sys

Windows XP and 2000

On Windows XP and Windows 2000 you will also need to add the following file to the scan exclusions list in your anti-virus:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\rules.ref

Windows 7 and Vista

On Windows 7 and Windows Vista you will also need to add the following file to the scan exclusions list in your anti-virus:

C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\rules.ref

64-bit Editions of Windows

Users of 64-bit editions of Windows Vista and Windows 7 will find the files to add to process exclusions in their anti-virus at the following locations instead:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamgui.exe

C:\Program Files (x86)\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbamservice.exe

You may also want to add the following files to the scan exclusions in your anti-virus:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\mbam.sys

After a number of re-scan ... and try to get rid of the problem is still stuck .. For more details:1 - when you check out of the program noted the following: freeze upon arrival at the temporary Internet files. And become stuck after that ......

2 - currently anti-virus has been removed to find out causes

3 - Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Works with a good anti-virus .. Does not have a problem with this!

4 - above. I then remove the program and reinstall it. ... But the same issue!

5 - the computer is infected and I want one of its solutions, please ..

Since those are temp files, you should be able to remove them safely. Please do the following:

Run TFC by OldTimer to clear temporary files:

  • Please download TFC from here or here and save it to your desktop.
  • Close any open programs and internet browsers.
  • Double click TFC.exe to run it and once it opens click on the Start button on the lower left of the program to allow it to begin cleaning.
  • Please be patient as clearing out temp files may take a while.
  • Once it completes you may be prompted to restart your computer, please do so.
  • Once it's finished you may delete TFC.exe from your desktop or save it for later use for the cleaning of temporary files.

Once that's done, try another scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to see if it still freezes or not.

ALSO If you removed Malwarebytes? did you use the Clean Tool? You may want to try this:

Here are the instructions for a clean re-install of Malwarebytes....

Please try the following to see if it helps:

Windows XP:

  • Click on Start and select Control Panel
  • Open Add/Remove Programs
  • Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • Restart your computer very important
  • Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here
  • It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so very important
  • After the computer restarts, temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here
    • Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent via email if using the Pro version
    • Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.
Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray if using the Pro version. Now setup any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications. You may use the guides posted in the FAQ's here or ask me and I'll explain how to do it.
