Corporate Computer Scan

I am responsible for about 500 computers on our private network.

I am about to lock them down to comply with PCI PA-DSS compliance and I want to scan them each 1 time before I lock them down.

I'd like to use the command line parameters and silently run the scan at night but, I can't buy 500 licenses for a single scan on each.

Any help here?
