Still showing same malware

Keeps saying"

vendor category item action taken

Trojan.Agent file C:\\WINDOWS\rundll.exe no action taken

Backdoor.Bot file C:\\WINDOWS\rundll32.exe no action taken

sorry had to write in by hand because I don't know how to copy and paste

this sort of thing on computer. I know very little when it comes to computer

except that these seem to be a system?? malware because of the exe and

32.

I tried removing it and friend had to come back and find a rundll to download

back into the computer. Knows I live on limited income (disabled veteran) and

helps when I am truly desperate.

Other free antispyware and antivirus combo isn't picking these up.

Am afraid to delete these again so am keeping it on minimize so I hope you can help

me.

P.S. I read other articles and tried them but not even the computer will let me use mbam.exe/developer. And unstalling, restarting and redownloading malware isn't doing

the trick either...because when I do another scan it pops up the same malware again.
