My friend's son's system got infected with an antivirus2008 infection that was really hard to remove.I took the system up to my apartment and by going through the removal process involving SDFix and BleepingComputer and the help here I was able to remove that despicable underhanded infection. I would use other &NastyWords to describe this malicious invasion of the Internet but I don't want to sink to their level of "Advertising Executive"I had to put SFDFix on a Flash card so that I could run it on his system because there was NO WAY I could download it on his system without massive pop ups and other distractions.I'm glad I did not eat any Maple Leaf Foods cold cuts lately.By the way, even after I removed the infection I ran MBAM after an update and it still found one item to remove.
