Need help, Unable to Update, Trojan infection as well

Hello, this is the 2nd time I'm posting, someone did reply but because I messed up the last time (this time I've got my eyes fully open).

My problem is, I have something on my computer that keeps redirecting my browsers (Firefox/IE/Safari) every now and then to a site by the name of VideoCop, and my search engines backfire as well upon clicking the search results (redirecting to random sites).

Another issue I'm having is with the Malware Byte's Update. I'm stuck on database version 4052. Every time I try to update, it gives me the error MBAM_ERROR_UPDATING (12007, 0, WinHttpSendRequest). I have tried running multiple scans through MBAM, but nothing ever turns up.

You said to "press button" on OTL. Which button should I press? Run Scan? Run Fix? Run Quickscan? or Cleanup?

Other steps that I have taken are uninstall and reinstall MBAM over and over again at least 5 times. Still the same problems, it can't find the problem, neither can it update.

Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. (Click on this link to see a list of programs that should be disabled. The list is not all inclusive.)
Double click on Combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
As part of it's process, ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed. With malware infections being as they are today, it's strongly recommended to have this pre-installed on your machine before doing any malware removal. It will allow you to boot up into a special recovery/repair mode that will allow us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware.
Follow the prompts to allow ComboFix to download and install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console, and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console.

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, or if you are running Vista, ComboFix will continue it's malware removal procedures.

Once the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed using ComboFix, you should see the following message:

Click on Yes, to continue scanning for malware.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

Please let me know if you are able to update after the following fix.

CF-SCRIPT

We need to execute a CF-script.

Close any open browsers.
Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
Click Start > Run and in the box that opens type notepad and press enter. Copy/paste the text in the codebox below into it:

DDS::
uInternet Settings,ProxyOverride = *.local;<local>
uInternet Settings,ProxyServer = http=127.0.0.1:5555

Save this as CFScript.txt, in the same location as ComboFix.exe

Refering to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exe

When finished, it shall produce a log for you at C:\ComboFix.txt which I will require in your next reply.
