Run time error 0 and 440

At work we have several computers that are used for selling tickets but also have access to the internet. One of my employees got a virus on one of the computers. It is the virus that says your computer is infected and will not let you open other programs. What I have done is via flash drive put Rkill, MB and AVG on the computer. I can restart the computer and get rkill running to suppress the virus but I can get MB running. I get run time error 0 and 440. I have tried to do the CMD trick with typing in the 4 codes but those dont work either (errors). I have taken MB off and reinstalled and still nothing. With this virus on the computer the internet also will not work.
