To clarify, it's not the site that's the problem - it's the owner of the IP range (Ecatel), an ISP known for everything from phishing to malware to exploit to CP.

Just an FYI btw, this site is entirely good either - it loaded a phishing scam (in a new browser window) when I clicked one of the links to a supposed "anime movie".
