Malwarebytes not able to clean detections of av.exe

Hi Guys,

I have a few computers that Malwarebytes detects 50 plus intrusions of av.exe on the pc. This is on a Windows Single domain with windows XP on the workstations. Each time I run Malwarebytes it finds the same intrusions, I select remove all. Then it states a reboot is needed to clean the intrusion. But once I reboot and run Malwarebytes again it finds the same intrusions. The intrusions seem to occur at the end of the scan in which the Currently scanning reads
