Malwarebytes Support Ticket System Down

Apologies to our users as our support ticket provider has had a physical breakdown in their network and currently Malwarebytes Consumer Tech support personnel are unable to read new tickets or reply to existing tickets.

I've also just tested the submission form and it too appears to be down.

Our provider has no estimated time for corrective action. We are of course monitoring the situation closely.

We appreciate your patience as we await the fix. All tickets will get answered as soon as possible

This appears to have been corrected.

At this time there are no tickets awaiting a response, but I'll be off to sleep shortly and hope things are ok when I awaken in the AM as our provider indicated a chance for further outages.
