Problems with MalwareBytes Unregistering and not loading

Hi. We are running a small business network with 10 malware bytes licenses. Malwarebytes has been installed and registered using local admin accounts.

However, we're having issues with malwarebytes un-registering and not loading anymore with the protection module.

Is there any known issues with running malware bytes on workstations being used with non-local administrator accounts ?
