Not on the Malwarebytes Staff but.....

I have heard and seen how some folks run Malwarebytes on server platforms and have it working just fine. I don't believe it was designed to work on a server.

You would have to buy a corporate license to use it on the server thought, as the free version is not for corporate use.

Oh one more thing, there was some issue with windows 2000 where there was some patch that had to be installed, but I believe that got corrected in version 1.46 as discussed in RIGHT HERE.
