Error loading on XP 64-bit

Recommended Posts

I have a client that paid for a copy of MBAM - Worked fine for about 12 hours. The morning after he purchased the software, he was getting the MBAMService Terminated Unexpectedly. I have NOT been able to get the software to launch again on this machine.

XP 64-bit

Core 2Duo @ 3.00 GHz

4 GB RAM

465.6 GB of drive space on a RAID 5 configuation.

AVG Free AntiVirus

I have already read up on this issue, tried configuring AVG to exclude those specific files that were mentioned in other posts here. I have already uninstalled and ran the MBAM Clean utility, reinstalled to no avail.

I'm at the point where I am ready to say: Let's get a refund for this software that's not functioning on this machine.

Please advise. Thanks.
