malwarebytes unable to find tango redirect malware

I've ran quick and full malware scans on all my hd, results are 0. but i know i have a redirect malware. when i click on links from firefox google searches, it redirects me to other websites with ads.

also in IE, if i use my search toolbar, it brings me to this tango website saying i could have the tango malware. and in my add/remove programs, i can see a software called Tango, but obviously I cannot remove it.

i'm getting a little paranoid, is it possible that it is recording keystrokes/passwords? i've also ran microsoft security essential quick scan with no results. how the heck do i clean my computer? please help thx!
