Error with MBAM

Recommended Posts

Same message with quick scan and I tried checking 2 different drives.

Hello Craig R and :(

I see you are trying to Perform full scan - did you actually select (placed a check mark) any drive? How about a quick scan? Please post back if you have any further questions

Normally this problem is caused when you do not have any of the boxes checked under "Scanner Settings" in Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. If this error pops up again, then click on the 'Settings' tab, then click on "Scanner Settings", and make sure that Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is set to scan something (it is best to have all of them checked, but we understand that some people may want to disable the scanning of certain parts of their system, however if none of the boxes are checked then Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware won't scan anything, and thus the error message to let you know that the scan cannot continue).
