Trojan or not?

I posted a rar in Newest Malware Threats section.

I sended this to Microsoft and microsoft removed this file from the database....

Its a trojan or not?? Microsoft says no, malwarebytes says yes

Now Eset Removed this from the database

with results from Virus Total at Resultado: 32/42 (76.19%)

More than likely there is some sort of infection there. The team at Malwarebytes will review the file and either add or remove from the database once they deem wether the file is safe or not.
