repeat infection-no symptoms

I had a malware infection and removed it about a month ago, but if i run mbam every few days i get the same four infections reported, and if i run mbam every other day i will get one infection, usually something like Trojan.Agent. I have no symptoms on my computer, here are the four that keep showing up as infected, any help would be appreciated :
