Now you need to please use the information posted in the sticky at the top of this page, so that the experts can better assist you.

I see that Noknojon already replied to your original post with a prelim check of this range to say that it is bad.

However, it will be most helpful if you can provide the experts not only with the IP address, but also with the URL of the website you are trying to visit.

(If the IP blocks are occurring when you are not using your browser (IOW when the system is "idle") and if you are not using P2P software, then it may be a sign of infection.)

Anyway, please use the "add reply" button to provide the additional info needed and await further instructions from the experts.

every time i have a web browser open, whether it be internet explorer or google chrome, this ip address gets blocked randomly. there is no certain sites that i go to to make this happen. it just popped up with just this site open
