Another Userinit false positive? (Trojan.Agent)

Is there another Userinit registry entry false positive? This keeps showing up on MBAM scans, but the entry is correct. The file is also intact and not infected.

We intentionally leave this detection the way it is to mark infected userinit.exe files. Deleting them causes bigger problems and since userinit.exe is usually replaced instead of infected it cant actually be automatically cleaned, assistance is required to locate a clean backup.
