Scan Current User or All Users

My brother has three user accounts on his computer.

Do I just scan his account, or all accounts individually?

My niece has a password on her account. Will this affect the scan by denying access to files?

1) scan all Administrator accounts individually in order to gain access to the registry

2) log on to an Admin account and remove your nieces password if necessary
