Space Station Malfunction Prompts Shutdowns

One of two critical coolant systems aboard the International Space Station malfunctioned late Saturday, setting off alarms and triggering an extensive power-down. Mission managers gave tentative approval Sunday to plans for a complex two-spacewalk repair job late this week.
