redirection to other websites, other things not working

A few days ago when browsing it gets all the time redirected to misc websites. Plus teh PC has slowed down. IE8 is not working anymore (so I use firefox), I can't download files anymore from this pc.

Ran malwarebytes, nothing found

ran symantec, nothing found

followed instructions on malware removal, below is dds.txt, attached are teh other two zip files.

Can somebody help since the PC is not usable anymore
