JoinMyConference.exe

I've just come across a new folder on my VistaHome PC. The folder is: AgentQuoteConference and it contains 3 files, all dated 6/14/2010. JoinMyConference.exe, JoinMyConference.cfg, version.dat.

Of course, I'm running Malwarebytes and Spyware Doctor and neither has reported anything about it.

I've looked but can't find anything about this.

Can anyone tell me what this is and what I can/should do about it?
