VIRUS

I have a virus on my home computer, it will not let me log into anything inlcuding malwares, and antivira. It keeps telling my I have a virus and I must buy Antivir Solution Pro, the icon is a green shield.

Any solutions anyone

Even if you can log on in safe mode with networking , please try to finish as many of these highlighted instructions as you can -

Can you log onto this site with the infected computer ??

That is all you need to do - Even , as I said , in safe mode with networking -

Are you on the infected unit now or another unit ??
