So is that for making your own on-screen keyboard or are there additional features? (I didn't check out the link yet, but I will sometime).

Kaspersky comes with a virtual keyboard embedded into IE and Firefox, and you can bring it up yourself too if you want to use it if you are using another browser or if you want to use it on your computer when you are not using a browser. I know that Windows comes with a very basic one as well.

It is a virtual PIANO keyboard, not computer. It's a Shockwave application to play a virtual piano, keyboard. Virtual Keyboard
