Why can't I get some help?

Could someone please tell me why my post has been viewed 66 times since I posted it yesterday afternoon. And I still haven't had an offer to help or an acknowledgment of my issue? I see that a moderator has replied to every other post that has been made before and since mine. What gives? I thank you in advance for your time and help. And I don't mean to offend. I just need to know what's going on, or if I need to take my issue to another malware help site.

Please note that it may take 48 hours or more for you to receive a response in the malware removal forum, as it is often busy at times. Please do not reply to your own post asking for help unless its been more than 48 hours since you originally posted, as this can make it appear as though you are being helped and take longer for you to get help. If no one has replied within 48 hours then please go ahead and either reply to your post or send a private message to a Moderator and let them know that you're still needing assistance.

Hello Eric,

Yes, we do know waiting for help is frustrated, but plesase exercise your patient as sometimes expert helpers are busy (with cases in their hand or real world personal matters).

Follow Wide Glide's instructions if no expert helpers jump into your case after 2 days.
