Vaio slow and crashes a lot

Hello,

Something is funamentally wrong with my laptop and I believe it is some sort of spyware. I was informed that Malwarebytes was an excellent tool for getting rid of insidious computer diseases, however I ran a full scan and it came up clean. Cyberdefender, on the other hand, says that I have been exposed to the rougue Secure Expert Cleaner. Any help would be profoundly appreciated. My Hijackthis log is below. Thanks in advance:
