These were probably left over from a cleanup that was done in the past.

If you recently followed a scan and cleanup routine from one of the support sites then one of the last operations should have been to remove and recreate your restore points. If you're certain that your system is not infected and that all programs are operating correctly then you should remove and recreate your system restore points.
