Infection still found after removal

Recommended Posts

Malwarebytes still returns an infection even after removing the infection and deleting the folder it was originally contained in. The infection is always found within a second or two of starting the scan. The file listed and the folder have both been deleted and are no longer on the computer. It is someone else's computer so I would really like for it not to show this infection when it is no longer there. Here's the log:

I just want to know why the program keeps finding this infection when it's not there anymore.
