Windows activation after scan

Hi everyone!

Hope someone can help me. I had pswonlinegames trojan (rxf.exe), so I used this program to scan and it found about 110 issues (all drives) and I clicked on remove all, and it said I had to reboot, so I did. But ever since, when I get to the login page, it says I need to activate the win, I click OK, a window pops up saying it's already activated (sure it is) and click ok to exit. I do - no other option - and it throws me back to the login page saying I have to activate, and the circle starts again. Even if I click on not to activate the win, it's still don't let me in. It lets me in security mode, but don't let me access my HD's (exept for the C partition)

My pc is a castoff from a company, and I don't have the original setup disk for win. Even if they have it (which I doubt since they use linux) there's no way I could get it during the weekend, and I need my files for my work.

Any idea would be approtiated.

Thank you very much. Actually when trying to fix it yesterday, it completely shut down my system, so what I can do now is format HD and re-install win. Thank you for you reply anyways.
