Why no responses for corporate licensing

Recommended Posts

Howdy,

Can anyone tell me why this company does not respond to corporate licensing requests? I an another in our company have not received responses to 6 different requests. I use the product at home and love it but for some reason the company doesn't want annual licensing funds. Very strange. I am afraid we may have to go elsewhere.

Any ideas?

Hi and welcome.

We apologize for the delay.

Thank you for your patience, I will do what I can to have your request prioritized. Our corporate team is in the process of expanding and are working hard to respond to all completed inquiries as quickly as possible.

However, if you provide me with your complete corporate contact information via the forum PM system, I will submit your request to our Escalations team and you will receive a reply within 24 business hours (M-F).

Please be sure to include your full contact information, company name, email (corporate email addresses are required for an escalation), telephone number, and other details you deem relevant to our sales team.

NOTE: Incomplete information and non-business email addresses will likely delay a response to your request beyond the 24 hour window.

It took me a while to get response for volume license reply but the sales peeps did finally reply to my inquiry.

(I did have to sent twice with many weeks between)

NOW if I could just get the peeps on my end to move on it our org. would be BETTER protected...

wait - I may not have a job! LOL

be persistant and be patient you know Malwarebytes is worth it :)

never seen a c0ompany where you have to BEG to get pricing,or even a response. PM sent to RubberDucky has no response, even though its been a few days and he has logged on. Starting to question why I even bothered to advocate Malwarebytes to my company........
Please read TeMerc's reply here and act accordingly:

I posted the above comment after having PM'd Rubber Ducky without a response. I PM'd Temerc and was told that if I had Pm'd Rubber Ducky, it was already handled. Still haven't received a response from Rubber Ducky, 3 days later.

Net result, Our corporate software administrator emailed a couple of weeks ago. I've tried for a week. I understand that FIVE months ago, people were complaining about the slow response times, and you were "Working on it".

I also understand that you hired the staff to resolve the issue months ago as well...

I see that you were still "Working on it" last month....

I see where Rubber Ducky admonishes people for using the wrong type of email addresses. It's obviously the customers mistake.

I see where he tells them to PM rubber Ducky, or you point me to PM TeMerc..... Does the PM system only work one way???? None of them can PM the customer?

There's something wrong with this whole business model.

I see that I may have made a mistake in advocating Malwarebytes to my corporation.....

I'll give it till close of business today. Monday if I don't have the information I need, I'll cut bait and go fishing elsewhere.

How hard would it be to post the Technician license details and a starting price in a thread like this???

Dave, I did receive your private message and it was promptly sent to our escalations department. We are now investigating what went wrong.

Thanks. As indicated, I am interested in the Technicians Licenses, what the terms of the license are, and cost. I'll wait to hear from you but will pull the plug on Monday.

You guys must not have a clue what you're doing. Seriously wtf. 2 months for a reply. Then when you do reply this is the address you use "From: no-reply@salesforce.com [mailto:no-reply@salesforce.com] On Behalf Of Corporate Sales". Umm change the setting in your damn cms. What do you want me to do at that point. There is absolutely no way possible for me to purchase your product when you act that way. I like the product, but SERIOUSLY. I am gonna stop there, because I cannot think of a single nice thing to say.

Corporate customers NEED to have a number for sales and support. We don't have time for this BS.

:) :) :):lol::D :D :) :) :)

I just wanted to post that I had inquired in the past and then with a little issue I eventually had put it off, but then I pushed it over to our software group and then took the lead. From that point I have only been given information from them that they have not heard back information, but did see that the system was being outsourced in the idea of helping the situation.

While I had hopes it seems that we are just waiting and luckily it is a situation that we are under contract with another company until 2011 anyways. It is interesting though being in the higher education field because I have been forwarded several contacts that report the same issues from all different universities and colleges with the recommendation to stay clear.

I would be interested to know what major universities have actually gotten through corporate licensing.

Anyways, it is out of my hands now as the software group has inquiries out and they are the contact. If they don't hear anything I am sure it will be forgotten.
