Possible virus infection?

My computer has AVG free version anti-virus and has been getting pop-ups from the Resident Shield saying that it detects viruses. When I try to quarantine/destroy them, usually only one of the multiple files it brings up can be dispatched, the rest say they cannot be accessed.

I ran Spybot, Ad-Aware, CCleaner, and an AVG scan, and I cleaned off a couple of malware files detected through Spybot, but the popups continue. Does this log show a continued virus/malware infection, and how can I get rid of it?
