Infected - searches redirected

I am very interested in what the resolution to this might be.

I too have a computer with this issue, but it is only under Firefox 3.6.3, IE 8 seems unaffected.

Both Google and Yahoo searches are affected(infected!) and 90% of the time redirect to "medical enhancements" but others including Ask Jeeves pages have been returned other than the desired link selected.

Malwarebytes and Spybot Search & Destroy only comes up with some tracking cookies. I also have a Hijackthis log available.

I did remove some viruses from this computer last week.
