MBAMService Issues 1.46

I am a registered user, currently running version 1.46, and have an annoying problem i've ignored for awhile and now trying to look into. If we leave the pc powered on every 2 to 3 days the PC hangs up due to exhaused non paged memory. If I use proc explorer and perfmon, mbamservice.exe is quickly incrementing memory use - non-page memory faults > 3 million.... Could there be an issue with mbamservice ? I'm configured all malaware features running and I also have Avira active too, but those services aren't creeping on usage.

Any suggestions?
