Truecrypt - Malwarebytes Scanning Issue

I have encrypted my system drive using Truecrypt. When I due a quick scan, Malwarebytes scans files while listing them. However, after scanning these files it just continues to scan on and on without identifying the files is is scanning. This started right after I encrypted the files. I am using XP Pro. I am a novice. Has anyone else had this issue?

TrueCrypt has Locked many files (as it is meant to do) and you will not have open access to many of them via Malwarebytes -

This is what your program is for - A full scan may look a bit deeper but it will only find infections and not open all the encrypted files -

From what I know about it (very little also) it is almost like running a scan in safe mode rather than normal mode as the files are "locked" -

Apart from not listing the files is there any other problems -
