Please Report to Support Team, Pop up window asking to contact the support team

Recommended Posts

Malwarebytes gives a window pop up asking to contact "our support team" with whatever error code or whatever it may say.

My suggestion is to have a Forum title called "Support Team Contact - Error Window"

Under the index topics you have one called "Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Support"

Under that you have:

General Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Forum

False Positives

Translators' lounge

Add - "Support Team Contact - Error Window"

or something under the Heading of (Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Support) to let users know were to go when you get that window asking to contact the Support team.

You have no information on were to contact the support team easily seen. I don't know were to post my error information or talk to the support team.

I don't want to post my Error in a place I should not and then be told I cant post it there.

Thanks for listening or rather reading my suggestion.

;) This is the first time I have ever had an issue with Malwarebytes.

I went to update it and a pop up window came up asking to contact the support team.

"An error occurred. Please report this error code to our support team.

MBAM_ERROR_UPDATING (12007,0.WinHttpSendRequest)"

I included a jpg of it.

I have uninstalled Malwarebytes, downloaded a clean copy from CNet, installed and tried the update again and received the same Error message.

Any thoughts or solution on this?

Thanks

These are the headings and sub headings that already exist in that area as noted by sho-dan -
