Looping BSOD after removal

My teenage son, who is now banned from my computer, got me infected with Desktop Security 2010 on my 5 year old Alienware laptop. I was not running any anti virus so I went to TrendMicro's online scan in Safe Mode(because of the insane pop ups and hijacking of my system) and downloaded and ran their scanner. It found one infected object and I clicked remove. Upon restarting I figured I would download and run the free Lavasoft AdAware. During it's instillation the computer crashed and now I ONLY get a blue screen of death upon restarting. After two moves I lost my Alienware reset disc. So I put in my Windows Vista disc to try to just wipe the system and give it a fresh install(no data I'm worried about losing) and even that crashes. It won't load in any Safe Mode and the 'last working version' also doesn't work. How do I stop this constant BSOD so that I can use the tools here to ACTUALLY remove the malware that is infecting me?
