Virus...I hear things without actually having any such window open.

Recommended Posts

Hello those at Malwarebytes,

I am not a new comer. Previously I had a virus whereby I could heard adverts, interviews and songs from Michael Jackson when I didn't even have such internet explorer windows open. I would also sometimes be taken to random websites about science. I knew it was a virus so I came here and a very smart man helped me to remove it, but in the end it lead to starting my computer all over again (all my files were destroyed). We have not made backup discs, as I thought such a problem would never occur again.

A few hours ago, I heard an advert or part of it. I had no such windows open. It must be that virus, again. Can someone please help me get rid of it fast, as before I just continued on, trying to ignore it. I will view this every few hours so that the responses can be as fast as possible, as I want this thing gone and fast before it ends with my whole files being destroyed!

McAfee has failed me again..but I am currently running a full scan as I write this. 3% and nothing detected. I will inform you on its progress.

Thank you very much and please, let us get this underway fast. I will follow any professionals instructions,

Yours Sincerely,
