Antimalware Doctor Removal

My daughters computer is infected with Antimalware Doctor and other Popup problems. She can not run malwarbytes because Antimalware Doctor shuts it down before it starts. She is getting various popups and notices. Her computer is running Windows Vista. I had a similar problem before and you were able to help. Can you please put help me clean up her computer.?

I tried to do the things that were previously suggested in the reply to my initial post.

Malwarebytes would not run.

I ran the Defogger and disabled as instructed.

Then I ran DDS and attached are those to reports.

I then ran the GMER Root Scanner and it went on for a long time an a lot of popups piled up on the screen. In the end it crashed the computer and now neither Defogger or DDS or GMER will run again. The Windows Security seems to stop them in mid stream.

I hope you have some more ideas.
