Antimalware Doctor Removal

My daughters computer is infected with this and potentially other problems. She can not run malwarbytes because Antimalware Doctor shuts it down before it starts. She is getting various popups and notices. Her computer is running Windows Vista. I had a similar problem before and you were able to help. Can you please put me in touch with someone that can help me clean up hers?
