Antimaleware Doctor Removal

My daughters computer, runing MS Vista, 32bit has gotten infected with Antimalware Doctor. Just checking, is the first operation to run ComboFix and post the results? I have that on a CD ready for her computer.

Also, wanted to add that she gets a lot of popups stating "Windows Security Alert" and Attention Spyware Alert" and Antivirus Software Alert" None of the seem to be valid.

Please help, where should I start the process? I don't want to run ComboFix if it might cause a problem. Let me know if I should start with it. please.

My apologies for the delay.

Download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post the one that is not minimized.
