Personal financial links hijacked

Can't log into on-line banking or credit card company account. Screen appears asking for personal information (credit card number, even mother's middle name!). Malwarebytes scans show nothing, McAfee scan shows nothing. Running Windows XP, Sp3, IE8, all with current updates. Have entered nothing into these screens, but am very nervous as well as frustrated that I am blocked from accessing these on-line accounts. Suggestions?

Did you do a FULL scan with MBAM?

Did you restart your system into Safe mode and then do a full scan with (each one in turn) McAfee and MBAM ?

If you suspect your personal data has been compromised, use a clean pc (not this one) and change all your passwords and nofity your banks and CC companies of this situation.

Also, DO NOT change any passwords on continue to use any banking or other secure sites from this infected computer. Any password changes should be done from a confirmed clean computer.
