It freezes up now and I can't even get back into tools to delete what I had set up? Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted July 10, 2010 Root Admin ID:281911 Share Posted July 10, 2010 Please run the following and post back the logsDownload DDS and save it to your desktophttp://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scrDisable any script blocker if your Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware has it.Once downloaded you can disconnect from the Internet and disable your Ant-Virus temporarily if needed.Then double click dds.scr to run the tool.When done, the DDS.txt will open.Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.When done, DDS will open two (2) logs:DDS.txtAttach.txtSave both reports to your desktopPlease include the following logs in your next reply: DDS.txt and Attach.txt Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
