Licence help

Well everytime I enter my licence and I enable my MBAMpro protection, after I manually update MBAMpro, It automatically shows that I didn't enter a licence and but on the bottom right corner MBAM protection is still running. I think thats why when I restart my pc I get some Error message saying something about openevent. So why does this keep happening to me!?!?!?!??!

noooo u dont get it! ive registered and then after any update on MBAM it says i have not regestered!

OK -

Start from the begining - New version of MBAM and then once installed we Copy and Paste your details direct from the Cleverbridge email

You need to save those email details somewhere so you can copy and paste , not type the details in -

Follow the details here and enter the Key and ID only when the instructions say to -

To Fully Remove and Reinstall a Fresh New Copy of Malwarebytes - Read Carefully

Windows XP:

• Click on Start and select Control Panel
  
• Open Add/Remove Programs
  
• Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  
• Restart your computer very important !
  
• Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here
  

It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so, very important

After the computer restarts, temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here

Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent via email if using the Pro version only -

Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.

Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray if using the Pro version. Now setup any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications. You may use the guides posted in the FAQ's here or ask me and I'll explain how to do it.

dude i already went thorugh this process... someguy i think firefox on a diff topic told me to do this since i got some errors.. this topic i started is how i think the errors started... i already ran mbamclean.exe before and installed MBAM again and this is the problem im getting!

Are you using any sort of software that resets registry settings when your PC reboots such as SteadyState, Deep Freeze etc? If so, that would cause this issue as it would roll back the registry keys where your ID and Key are stored.
